These are safe to use on gas, electric or induction ranges. As well these can be used in the oven! They come with removable handles which are great for cleaning and also placing the pans in the oven! Stoneline pans have a stone coating on the surface which makes for an even cooking surface! These NON STICK pans offer easy cooking, healthy cooking as you don’t need to use a bunch of butter and oils, and also they are free of all those nasty chemicals used in other non stick varieties.
