Filtering compound that the operator spreads on top of the filter paper as well
as into the hot oil just prior to filtering. Its high porosity rate speeds up
the filtering process by keeping the crumbs suspended, and the pores of the
paper open, while trapping micro-debris and fatty acids, It aids in
